Conditions of Sale

By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1 We are Angels Wardrobe Supplies, a division of Morris Angel & Son Limited. In these terms we refer to ourselves as ‘Angels Wardrobe’.

2 Any email or any acknowledgement by us of a receipt of an order placed by you does not mean that we have accepted your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Angels Wardrobe will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have told you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

3 We may despatch your order in a number of instalments and each dispatch is a separate contract and is not connected to any other dispatch.

4 If paying via the website we will validate your credit/debit card before accepting your order. We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage during the processing of your order. We will try to contact you if your card is declined after you have placed your order but we may not be able to do this.

5 We take reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details but Angels Wardrobe is not liable if these details are intercepted by and used by third parties through no fault of our own.

6 You can pay for your order by cheque. Please make your cheque payable to ‘Morris Angel & Son Limited’ and send it with your order to: Angels Wardrobe Supplies, 1 Garrick Road, London NW9 6AA.

7 We may use Equifax Cheque Services, a division of Equifax plc, to guarantee your cheque so that we do not have to wait for your cheque to clear. We may pass them details of your cheque. If your cheque is subsequently returned unpaid, we will inform Equifax Cheque Services and also provide them with your name and address. Equifax Cheque Services will record this information and use it to decide whether to guarantee your present and future cheques. Equifax Cheque Services may share their information with their Credit Reference division and the subscribers to their Credit Reference division in order to:
• evaluate applications for credit made by your Company or, if not acting on behalf of a company, by you and family members of your household
• manage credit facilities held by your Company or, if not acting on behalf of a company, by you and family members of your household
• contact you to recover any debt owed and to prevent fraud.

8 Title in the Goods shall only pass from Angels Wardrobe when the purchase price and all monies owing to Angels in relation to the Goods being purchased are paid in full.

9 The prices quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time. The current price shown on the website is the price you will be charged. Any variation to the price shown must be confirmed in writing by Angels Wardrobe before your order is accepted by us. The prices shown against each item includes VAT where applicable but does not include postage and packing charges: these are shown separately.

10 We will try to make sure that the prices and all other information on the website are accurate but we are not liable for anything that happens due to errors that may appear to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 All the products on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch. Display of an item on the website is not an indication that the item is in stock.

12 If you have selected an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as quickly as we can. We will try to do this within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work).

13 Accepted orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work.

14 Time is not of the essence in the completion of contracts between you and Angels Wardrobe. All delivery times shown on the website and in any acknowledgement sent by us are estimates only and Angels Wardrobe does not guarantee to supply within these times.

15 The time for delivery of your order varies according to your chosen method of shipment. Angels Wardrobe has no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified by your chosen method of shipment. You acknowledge that the carrier does not act as agent for Angels Wardrobe.

16 All carriage clearance charges import export duties or taxes and any additional or ancillary charges relating to the transportation of the Goods to you shall be paid by you.

17 We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.

18 Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible: different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style from the descriptions and pictures on the website: Angels will always dispatch goods of comparable or superior quality.

19 You may return any item to us if it has not been used or worn and the tamper seals are in place where tamper seals are provided and you:

(i) send the goods back to us with all original packing within seven days of delivery to you;
(ii) follow all our instructions as stated in our Returns Policy;
(iii) accept that we are not responsible if the goods do not reach us for any reason.

20 If you are placing an order containing aerosol and or flammable liquids we regret that we cannot be ship these items internationally due to shipping regulations outside our control. If ordering from overseas the remainder of your order will be processed without these item(s). We regret any inconvenience caused. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the shipping of any items collected from Angels where you then arrange your own shipping.

21 This Contract is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to this Contract.
