UK Mainland Delivery Options
Delivery including packing, for UK orders up to 30 kg is £7.99.  Alternatively you can arrange to collect from us by selecting the option ‘pick-up’ when completing an order: check opening hours and our location. Please note that all pickups must be paid for in full prior to collection. Please check your email to confirm goods are available for pickup.

Our standard delivery charges allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. We use a number of carriers to safeguard delivery to you. Whatever method we use will always require a signature on arrival.

Small Orders for UK Delivery
For orders less than £10.00 we offer a small order delivery service at £4.75. Dispatch is by first class Royal Mail post, recorded delivery. This is not a next day service and can take up to 3 to 5 working days to arrive. (Please note 3-5 working days: Bank Holidays, Weekends and other closed days are excluded).  If your order value is less than £10 we will automatically select this option unless you contact us to say you require the items guaranteed and traceable. Whatever method we use will always require a signature on arrival.

Overseas Orders
We will discuss your shipping requirements with you as we process your order. We are able to offer a variety of shipping methods according to your needs and the urgency of your requirement.

We will not charge VAT for export orders to bona-fide companies. Companies within the EU must provide a VAT number with their order.

You will be responsible for any local taxes and duties that may arise and also for additional local freight handling charges such as custom clearance charges.

If you are placing an order containing aerosol and or flammable liquids we regret that we cannot be ship these items internationally due to shipping regulations outside our control.  If ordering from overseas the remainder of your order will be processed without these item(s).  We regret any inconvenience caused.  We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the shipping of any items collected from Angels where you then arrange your own shipping.

How can I pay for goods and services over the web?
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch) and American Express: we are unable to accept Visa Electron or Solo for purchases on this site.

Paying by Cheque
We accept company and personal cheques. Please do not send cash.

We may use Equifax Cheque Services, a division of Equifax plc, to guarantee your cheque. We may pass them details of your cheque. If your cheque is subsequently returned unpaid, we will inform Equifax Cheque Services and also provide them with your name and address. Equifax Cheque Services will record this information and use it to decide whether to guarantee your present and future cheques. Equifax Cheque Services may share their information with their Credit Reference division and the subscribers to their Credit Reference division in order to:

* evaluate applications for credit made by your Company or, if not acting on behalf of a company, by you and family members of your household
* manage credit facilities held by your Company or, if not acting on behalf of a company, by you and family members of your household
* contact you to recover any debt owed and to prevent fraud.

There is a £4.50 fee for orders processed by telephone (not including delivery charge). If you need assistance placing your order by telephone please phone 0845 053 8873 (Low-call). This service is available during office hours Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please note the offices are closed on all UK Public Holidays.

Product Variations
Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible: different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style from the descriptions and pictures on the website: Angels Wardrobe Supplies will always dispatch goods of comparable or superior quality.

Returns policy
You may return any purchase made over the web to us subject to the following:

* Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
* Items must be unused, unopened and in a saleable condition

We do not refund shipping costs: it is your responsibility to return items to us; Angels Wardrobe Supplies cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer. You must follow our instructions for returning goods (see below).

Instructions for Returning Goods
Before returning anything you must contact us and we will give you a Goods Returns Number. This number must be included with the returned items otherwise we will be unable to process them.

Include the delivery note or a copy of your email invoice with the goods and send the goods in appropriate packaging.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you supply to Angels Wardrobe Supplies will be treated by us as confidential. Our site is secure and Angels Wardrobe Supplies NEVER supplies lists of addresses or any other information to a third party (other than clearing payments with credit card companies etc.)

Security is a secure site; depending on how your web-browser is configured you should find a padlock displayed. Rest assured we never hand your details on to anyone.

As with the majority of sites we use Cookies to make our site better and quicker. Cookies are pieces of information like your username and the current date and time. These are stored on your computer allowing us to identify users who have previously registered or visited us.
